Your studio account

Your email address and account details are used to create and manage your account, send account messages, and respond to your requests. Passwords are handled by WordPress. Your saved favourites are linked to your account.

Requests and payments

When you submit an inquiry, the studio receives the name, email address, selected offering, and message you provide. If you are logged in, a service request can also be recorded in your account. Current offerings are free by request. No payment gateway is currently connected, and the website does not collect card details.

The studio newsletter

Newsletter signup is optional and separate from account registration. Your email address, subscription status, and confirmation are stored in the website’s newsletter system. Confirm your signup using the email you receive. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and site services

The site uses cookies for account sessions and to remember that you have seen the welcome message. Hosting and email services help operate the site. Messages you send to the studio assistant are processed by an external AI service to generate a reply.

Links to other platforms

YouTube, Instagram, and the professional career portfolio are separate destinations. Following their links opens those websites, where their own privacy practices apply.

Your information

Contact contact@hopetatendamutema.com with questions about your account, to request a copy or correction of your information, or to request deletion. You can remove favourites from your account and unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time.
